3. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to provide our services effectively, you agree to:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately payable
  • We will cease work on ongoing services
  • We may retain client documents until all fees are settled

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, unethical conduct, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

All content, materials, templates, and systems provided by FiscalFocus Accountants remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients may use provided documents for their internal business purposes only and may not reproduce, distribute, or resell them without prior written consent.
